🎀 Select colour: White Gold plated on S925 silver, 18K gold plated on S925 silver or Rose Gold plated on S925 Silver

🎀 Select necklace types: Type A, B or C

🎀 Select necklace length: 40cm or 50cm + 4cm extender, we can customise the length you need as well - AU$1 for each 1 cm added

🎀 Discuss with customer service on the design

🎀 We provide the finalised design as discussed with you for your final confirmation before customisation

🎀 Once you have agreed and confirmed on the design, we will proceed with the customisation

🎀 We are unable to change the design after you have confirmed the final design

🎀 Please allow us 8-15 days to process your order before shipment to give you the best quality of work

❣️ avoid direct contact with perfume, shampoo, body wash, aerosols, and moisturizers. Try rinse it with clean water and dry it immediately if anytime the jewelry has direct contact with these products.

❣️Free after sales cleaning services, Free restore colour of your jewelry (Buyer is responsible for postage to/fro in order for us to restore the colour of the jewelry)

All personalized items are made when ordered. Please allow a minimum production time of 8-15 business days for production time for all orders before shipment. Do check with us the processing time before placing order as each personalized item's requirement is different, preparation would vary as well.
